1:1 Therapeutic Art Sessions
As a Certified Art Therapist and Therapeutic Art Facilitator, I bring a mix of art, reflection, and support into each session.
We’ll meet weekly for 60-minute online sessions, personalized to help you process what brought you here—whether it’s anxiety, trauma, or life transitions.
Over 3 months, we’ll work together through 12 sessions to bring clarity, healing, and forward movement.
You don’t need to be “good at art” to benefit.
Just come as you are.
