A Healing Tool I Created When Nothing Else Was Working

There was a time in my life when I didn’t know how to hold the weight of what I was feeling.
I didn’t allow myself to feel the pain, or the grief, or the sadness.
The only feeling I gave myself permission to show… was anger.

And when I wasn’t angry? I was numb.

It felt safer to disconnect than to break open.
But deep down, I knew I wasn’t truly okay.
I just didn’t know where to start — or how to put myself back together.

That’s why I created this workbook — not just as a therapist or facilitator, but as someone who knows what it’s like to be in that place.
Someone who needed a gentle structure to hold the chaos — and a reminder that healing doesn’t have to be loud, fast, or linear.

WRAP stands for Wellness Recovery Action Plan — a gentle but powerful framework that helps you:
